The market competition is more and more intense,the requests of customs become more and more strict.It's getting more and more stressful for productive enterprise.The enterprise need down the cost and make precise planning.In order to improve the competitiveness of the company,now many enterprise use advanced management methods and tools to strength their production management and reduce waste and reduce the cost,such as establishing ERP system or implementing Lean Production.Even though we could get timely and accurate information through ERP system,but it lacks effective management to the production site.We can use limited resources to achieve the largest output by implementing Lean Production,but it lacks firm level management module.It will lead to some other problem,such as the raw material supply is not timely and then it lead to delay in deliver.Thereby,combining them effectively,the level of company management can be improved higher.According to the running condition of the productive enterprise U Co.Ltd.the method Lean Production,based on the management of ERP system will be discussed in the paper,by applying some correlation theory and technique.The general running mode of U Co.Ltd.,and reforming the structure will be analyzed.According to the situation of the enterprise and on the base of facts in the enterprise,by adding Visualization-information Kanban makes production in time.To strengthen the production management by improving 6S management,carrying out Total Productive Maintenance TPM method,using standardized work and using ABC method of stores control to manage warehouse.Reinforcing purchasing and Supplier Management will eliminate the Inventory of raw material and make the supply of material in time.In order to strengthen the informatization management we will add new module of ERP.We could improve the quality of our product by control the quality during the productive process.Also we can enhance quality consciousness of our operators.In order to ensure that U company can really implement the lean production management method based on ERP system,this paper puts forward some safeguard measures.If the method used in this paper get a successful practice,not only will U Co.Ltd become more competitive,but also it will supply some management method for other companies.
