| Electric power energy structure in China is mainly composed with coal-basedenergy,Coal storage yard as main component of coal-fired power plant coal storagesystem, is the important facility of power plant coal storage and supply.Blowingdustappears whenunloading, storage and taking coal from coal yard. Blowingdust will notonly cause serious environmental pollution, threaten the health of coal yard staff andsurrounding residents, but also causesome pulverized coal loss. As the requirement ofstate for the environment is increasing day by day, coal dust storage management hasbecome an important problem urgently to be solved in coal-fired plant.This topic mainly discusses the coal yard dust control technology in coal storagesystem and economic analysis to all kinds of dustproof mode.Firstly study themechanism of dust yardand estimate the amount of coal yardblowing dust, it is concludedthat the important factors affect the dust quantity are wind speed, dust particle sizeand thecoal pile surface humidity.Secondlymake a scientific research on main dustproofmodesincluding wet spray technology and dust-inhibited nettechnologyin the open-air coal yardand several common formsin closed coal yard: circular coal yard, closed coal yard,ball-shaped bunker,cylinderwarehouse with group of warehouse. Meanwhile, put forwarda new type of ecological open-air coal dust control system, and make a detail study onthe dust control principle of this system, construction method, managementmodeandoperation effect. Finally,make an analysisand comparison to all kinds of coalstorage yard from several aspects such as safety, environmental protection, technical andeconomy, provide an important basis for coal-fired power plants to choose a safety,economic, energy conservation coal storage mode.Studies have shown that open-air coal yard covering a big area, less investment, simpleconstruction but environmental protection effect is a bit poor. Dust-inhibitednettechnologyis the most mature one. Compare with the other dustproof methods in theopen-air coal yard, eco-dustproof systemhavetheadvantages of small investment,gooddust prevention effect,easy maintenance and management,shorter time limit and reliabletechnology.It is a green dust control technology and worth of promotion.Closed coal yardhas beautiful shape, cover a small areal, have good environmental protection effect andhigh degree of automation, etc.Circular coal yard is most moderate in terms of price,floor space, automation degree and other aspects. It is also have the most widelyapplication.Spherical coal technology is new and expensive.Up to now, there is only oneapplication case in China and a further research is needed. |
