Along with China's rapid economic development, the public has requirement higher and higher for work safety in recent years. But the traditional supervision model of work safety has been unable to satisfy safety requirements at present in China, in which a very important reason is the disunity of safety supervision standards. Open-pit is one of the most important produce ways of metal mines, of which the work safety level affects the work-person's life and property safety directly. In order to let the opencast mines realize standardized safety management, eliminate and control the risks generation constantly, improve safety performance continuously, and prevent personal injury or property damage accident, the work of safety standardization for metal and nonmetal mines has been carried out in China in 2007.Work safety standardization of mines is a detailed and tedious work, but the majority of our country opencast metal mine enterprise has a low level of safety management and information management, and the huge amount of work during the work safety standardization's implementation and evaluation process makes work progress slowly and inefficient. It requires a network-based, systematic information management system to assist enterprise's safety management and work for safety standardization. Aim to the problems encountered when the work about safety standardization being implemented and assessed in the metal opencast mines, combined with the actual situations of metal opencast mines and theoretical research on the system of work safety standardization, based on information systems technology, the construction objects, construction principles, the frame of system, the content of subsystem, system processes and Data-Bank design of the File-Sharing system about work safety standardization for the metal opencast mines have been proposed in this paper. Through the .NET platform, Access 2003 database software, the paper designed and developed the File-Sharing system about work safety standardization for the metal opencast mines, which based on B/S structure and with C # language.The system consists of nine parts of enterprise introduction, the laws of safety production and standards, ordinary safety management, production operations management, occupation sanitation management, emergency management, accident management, performance management and background system management. The establishment of the File-Sharing system realized network synergies, web collaboration, information sharing and comprehensive analysis of data processing between the various departments, and offered a normalized, standardized management platform for enterprise, provided the basis for security decisions. The establishment of the system not only facilitates the enterprise to carry on work safety standardization, but also reduce a lot of unnecessary work for safety standardization assessment personnel and greatly improve the efficiency, so that the work for safety standardization assessment can be good and fast, which realize the enterprise's dynamic safety management and network management in dead and improve enterprise's safety management.
