Acid cellulose, acid pectinase and xylanase in the pretreatment of linen roving is used in this paper. Measured for physical properties and microstructure of the surface and the subsequent dyeing process is studied in detail. With the test methods of enzyme activity, validated that Ca2+can activate the three kinds of biological enzymes. But the concentration of metal ions should not be too large, otherwise it will destroy the enzyme conformation and inhibit enzyme activity. Therefore, the concentration of metal ions must be reasonable controled in the reaction. The optimum technology conditions of enzymes scouring were determined by single factor test and orthogonal test. The results show that the optimal acid cellulase usage, acid pectinase usage, aylanase usage, time, temperature, pH and calcium chloride usage are respectively7.5(owf,%),1.0(owf,%),2.0(owf,%),70min,40℃,5.5and0.5(owf,%). Compared the differences between enzyme treatment and traditional processing by testing the breaking strength, whiteness, fracture strength, absorption rate, pectin and lignin contents and other properties of linen roving. Considering the various performances of the enzyme treated flax fiber than the traditional process, to determine the feasibility of the enzyme scouring.Flax fiber under the pretreatment of enzyme scouring compared with the other methods, including traditional alkali scouring double oxygen bleaching and asian oxygen bleaching. Characterization methods are X-ray diffraction, infrared spectroscopy and scanning electron microscopy. The results show that the crytalinity of the fiber after enzymatic treatment decreases the most, the amorphous region increases, the fiber surfaces are smooth and less cracks, removal of impurities so superior to the traditional processes.Using active yellow HF-4GR dyeing dyes flax fiber after enzyme scouring. The results show that the optimal dye usage, sodium chloride usage, sodium carbonate usage, bath ratio, dyeing temperature and fixing temperature are respectively2.0(owf,%),40g/L,20g/L,1:30,60℃and90℃. Compared with traditional pretreatment technology of flax fiber, found that flax fiber after enzyme scouring dyeing rate is fast, the degree of crystallinity is the lowest. The consequences indicate that the amount of dye dyeingto flax fiber is the most, dye permeability of dyestuff is the best.
