Purple sweet potato is the new style potato. In the early1990’s, Shan-chuanzi was firstfiltered for its high content of anthocyanin from the sweet potatoes in Japan. Purple sweetpotato clour is extracted from purple sweet potato. The advantage of PSPC are non-toxicity,harmlessness, non-pollution and better self-stability. It has been used in food,drug andcosmetic. Now it will be used in dying of natural fabric. The fabric dyed with natural palntis natural and simple, environmental and safe, and also healthy to people. So "greentextile" and "green dyeing and finishing" process conform to the requirements of the times,research results on the development of bamboo fiber products have certain significance inguiding practice. The application of natural dyes created new space for development.This thesis introduces the research on the development progress and the presentsituation of the natural plant dyes and bamboo fiber fabrics. Plant dyes are classified andinterpreted individual. Then, we look into the market of natural dyes.The main point of thepaper is to introduce the research and development of PSPC,to research the dyingcharacters of wool and modified linen. The dyeing processes are pre-mordanted withloess,Al3+and Fe2+.In this paper, flax fiber fabrics have been treated with the small, single, stablequaternary ammonium salt cationic reagent SA. The iron property of cellulose fiber isturned from negative group to positive group by the modification of this reagent, in theform of new fiber with block, so sappan dye is not passed directly with mordant firmlyfixing in the fiber.In this paper, through the orthogonal experiments.Poor analysis and single factoranalysis, obtained the optimum process conditions of modified wool fabric and linen fabricdirect staining,and the Loess and ferrous salt and the aluminum pre-borne staining.Proofof PSPC fastness of dyed wool higher and the linen fabric dramatically improve colorfastness after modification. When the fabric through the the aluminum pre-mordantdyeing,Pre-borne loess dyeing and ferrous salt pre-borne dyeing,by comparing the fabric color characteristic values. Washing fastness and rubbing fastness, Concluded that loessmordant dyeing with the aluminum can get the same degree of effect of mordant dyeing,and loess mordants can be used in place of aluminum and ferrous salt.In addition, the uniform dyeability and infiltration dyeability are better.when purplesweet potato color used in wool fabric and the modified flax fabric dyeing.In this paper, the first time, purple sweet potato red pigment for natural fiber textiledyeing,and at the same time the use of loess agents in place of metal salts,/Improve theeffectiveness of Staining results.play an active role in the exploration and practice of thedevelopment of textile pigment dyeing natural plant sources and the rich chromatography.
