So far, the.technique of adding hydrogen into crude benzene, which accounts for90%of the running device of refining crude benzene currently, is the mainstream process of purifying crude benzene at home. The technique of adding hydrogen into crude benzene has verious of kinds of technical processes. Due to the different process package having the larger difference, the proportion of domestic chemical technology is growing larger and larger as characters of simple process flows and low investments, compared with the character of each technique. According to the practical operational experience, domestic chemical technology have some flaws and reform a series of processes, facilities and technology so that it is able to meet the needs of production, aiming at these flaws. The reform aiming at the evaporating tower system in the process of ammonification makes the tower not blocked any more. The reform of pretreatment units aiming at vacuum system can ensure liquid circulation system not blocking any more and not need frequent supplement and emition of the liquid any more. Adding the process of predissociation of hydronated oil by the prefractionator and using Aspen Plus Suits to simulate make the result accord with the productal practice and apply to the design. The reform that the original tower is added filler to become the stripper aiming at solvent regeneration system makes the reforming be able to fit the character of hydronated oil of the domestic technique. The reform that changing MEA into Kac in the solvent auxiliary material of extractive distillation system is able to keep up stablity of PH in the long run. This method makes the processing cost of products decrease greatly and rate of operaton increase enormously by means of this process. At the same time, according to the basic theory of each workshop section, it optimizes the operating parameters and sums up some experience and pattens of production and operation based on many times of orthogonal experiments. Also, it rearranges irrational operational parameters and has the important leading significance for production and design.
