The Design And Research Of The Oil Field Oil Well Monitoring System

In daqing oil field oil well distribution is remote, not too concentrated, management of oil Wells need more manpower and material resources, in order to improve the oil field oil well production, also in order to reduce the workload of workers, this paper design a system to realize remote monitoring, can receive send instructions and generate control action of master station, system not only can carry on the remote control to the pumping unit and on-site start-up, shutdown and operation, also can real-time reflect the working condition of pumping unit, the system also has the data statistics and function of report query, pumping unit well various data automatic admission and storage function, continuously to monitor oil Wells, so it can timely detection and troubleshooting, to reduce the phenomenon such as crude oil stolen, so as to effectively improve production efficiency and production safety.In this paper, through introducing the overall design scheme of automatic monitoring system, remote monitoring system are analyzed how to utilize the remote terminal, communication equipment, and the monitoring center to complete data acquisition, monitoring, and data transmission and processing power. Also introduces in detail how to realize the data transmission of wireless bridge communication equipment, monitoring center, how to monitor to terminal with a core of RTU field device how to perform the data acquisition and control, data analysis and processing, and send a remote terminal control instruction, then the resulting data sent to the network, the real-time query to related staff.In the process of this study, remote monitoring system can accurately provide information about the well and reliably, and accuracy of the current state of the analysis, thus can meet the development of oil fields in the future.
