Abstract:Automated assembly equipment occupied an increasingly important position in various industries, especially in electronics manufacturing. The paper has designed an automated IGBT power devices assembly system, based on the full study of the assembly process. It not only contributes to solve the problem of increasing labor costs, but also has improved the product quality and production efficiency, and promoted the upgrading of enterprises. The main contents of the paper are as follows:1. The shape characteristics of the various components and the relationship among its Incoming gesture, large probability distribution gesture and assembly gesture have been analyzed. The automatic feeding, reclaimers, transfer, discharge process of components have been studied. The components automatic feeding process has been determined finally.2. The problems of the stability of Nut feeding posture, the GBT active optimal glide path, the grease coating effect optimization, the uncertainty fin incoming position and posture and the positive guide of Screw assembly have been solved.3. The IGBT Power Device multi-station automatic assembly device has been designed. The impact of the elastic deformation of turntable module to the assembly precision have been simulated and analyzed.4. A prototype of the power device mute-station automatic assembly device has been developed; the optimum coating thermal grease device has been determined through the comparative experiments of the effect of the coating Grease; the correctness of said process,3D modeling, mechanical design, and simulation optimization has been verified through the experiments of the stability of the whole machine. Its economic value and the role in automatic assembly of the electronics industry has been indicated in the actual production operation.
