| Abstract: The feasibility study is an important foundation for projectmanagement. It is a scientific method. Before the investment decision, it uses avariety of scientific tools to demonstrate the economic viability and the technicalfeasibility. Therefore, the feasibility study is called “the key of fate about the projectdecisions”. In the theoretical framework of project management, this paper usesspecific methods and tools of the feasibility study to analyze the construction projectsof Tibetan Pieces processing center in A joint stock limited company.This paper analyzes the feasibility of the project from different perspectives,such as market, technology, organization, finance, risk. It takes many researchmethods, such as the combination of qualitative and quantitative analysis, thecombination of static and dynamic analysis, analysis of induction. Firstly, this paperuses SWOT analysis to analyze and predict the market demand. Secondly, this paperdesigns the project construction program, including the construction size, location,production processes, organizational design, and so on. Thirdly, this paper mainlyuses the basic theory and index of financial evaluation to analyze these problems,such as investment estimates, analysis of uncertainty. Then it identifies thesusceptibility factors which affect economic benefit. And it proposes targeted riskprevention recommendations. Finally, this paper presents views on the feasibilityassessment, which provide a scientific basis on investment decisions for the companyand a reference for similar projects. |
