It is made from four Tibetan drags such as Inula helenium., Rubus phoenicolasius Maxim., Tinospora cordifolia(wulld)Miers., and Zingiber of ficinale Rosc.. Manubzhithang has excellent prevention and treatment effects on inflammatory diseases, Masmintsaba, Bdaknasmugpo, Khggzer.Summarized two main doctrines of Tibetan medical theory, the Three Factors doctrine and the Five Source doctrine, and compared the relationship of two doctrines in this thesis.Review advance on manubzhithang from herbalogical study, chemical composition, phannacologic action and clinical application; Comparison and analysis the relationship between manubzhithang and si wei tu mu xiang san; Identification and determination oil composition of principal drag (Inula helenium.) and adjunctive drug(Zingiber of ficinale Rosc.), 23 and 57 compounds were identified in the oil by technology of GC/MS from Inula helenium and Zingiber of ficinale Rosc, the percentage of the content is 86.24% and 88.06% ,respectively.Abstraction, separation and purification principal drag (Inula helenium.), getting a compound ,and then identified by ~1H-NMR, ~3C-NMR,MS.At first time , analyzed and determined Inula helenium that grow in Tibet.To set up the means of identification for Inula helenium., Rubus phoenicolasius Maxim., Tinospora cordifolia(wulld)Miers. and Zingiber of ficinale Rosc. in manubzhithang; At first time, study on Tibetan patent drag's quality standard by using GC/MS.Alantolactone that is activate compounds in the principle drag looks as a index, to establish a way of determination in Tibetan patent drag manubzhithang. Regression equations revealed linear relationships: y=9E+07x+2E+06, correlation coefficients: 0.9998. This method can control conveniently and accurately and reliably the quality of manubzhithang.A method of sample preparation was presented for the analysis of trace metal elements in root and rootstalk herbs and Tibetan patent drag by microwave digestion-ICP-MS. And a method of was established for the determination of Cr,Mn,Ni,Co,Cu,Zn,As, Se, Mo, Cd and Pbin Tibetan drugs. The method was not only simple and rapid, but also precise and accurate. This work affords the reference for controlling some metal elements in Tibetan drug.Introducing the distributing character of trace metals in the manubzhithang and every drug in manubzhithang combines with its main efficacy.
