More than80%of coal mine accidents in our country are caused by unsafety behavior of coal mine workers, therefore, unsafety behavior has become the main cause of coal mine accidents in China. Coal mine safety accidents not only contribute to huge economic losses, but also cause thousands of casualties. Unsafety behavior of coal mine workers has become the key issue which hinders the development of coal mine enterprises and affects social stability and harmony.Coal mine safety behavior technology studies on:the law of unsafety behavior leading to accidents during coal mine production activities, the control of unsafety behavior and the management of safety behavior. The aim is at preventing and reducing accidents fundamentally.Based on extensive review on Chinese and foreign literatures, related theories and typical cases, this paper studies and analyses the law of human behavior, illustrates behavioral features and other theories, systematically combs main factors affecting human unsafety behavior, summarizes the main unsafety behavior factors in Dong-shan coal mine through the actual situation and provides more effective error correcting measures for the behavioral intervention stage in behavior control.Based on observability and measurability of behavior, the paper adopts to both qualitative and quantitative analysis methods, but which is more emphasis on quantitative analysis methods. The paper analyses past statistics of accidents in Dong-shan coal mine and unsafety behavior of front-line workers in2012and surveys the number of workers and their education background. Meanwhile, by using SPSS with its regression analysis correlation analysis, related charts can be output. Quantitative analysis are carried out on charts:correlation no fun safety behaviors in different jobs and the relationship between them and the total amount; correlation of different jobs; confirmation of the mathematics model. The law of unsafety behavior can be concluded:the internal relations between coal mine unsafety behavior and accidents; the correlations and differences among unsafety behaviors in different jobs.The study establishes the model of coal mine safety behavior technology, and carries the application research in Dong-shan coal mine to examine its efficiency. The study selects coal diggers (from mechanized mining team1) as test subjects and analyses unsafety behavior of front-line jobs in2012. With the use of gray correlation analysis and the operation of MATLAB, the key behaviors are identified and selected, and behavior controls to key behavior are conducted with BBS. In the end, safety behavior index and the amount of events are used to illustrate behavior changing trend of workers and examine the effect of behavior control. At last, based on actual situation and coal mine safety behavior technology, safety behavior management mechanism is proposed.Through the application research of coal mine safety behavior technology in Dong-shan coal mine, this paper gets following conclusions:①The knowledge level of front-line workers was low and the amount of workers who is below specialist qualification accounts for more than95%, which is one of main factors of unsafety behavior in Dong-shan.②unsafety behavior is the main cause of coal mine accidents in Dong-shan coal mine.③relationships and rules of unsafety behavior of front-line workers exist: coal mine unsafety behavior and accidents has internal relations, the amount of unsafety behavior has differences among different jobs, there is significant difference in correlation between different jobs and the total amount, correlation exists among different jobs.④mechanized mining team1and mechanized mining team2have the most impact on coal mine safety; there are9key behaviors are identified through relational analysis method in Dong-shan coal mine; using BBS to control and rectify the key behavior makes SI (level of safety behavior) index increase more than10%; the statistical data of unsafety behavior incidents in the first six months of2013shows that the total amount has decreased approximately30%.These works and results demonstrate that the coal mine safety behavior technology studied on this paper can correct certain behaviors or certain workers’ behaviors in a relative short time effectively, improve the level of coal mine safety behavior, decrease the amount of unsafety behavior, so that the incidence of coal mine accident can be reduced.
