The Research On The Controling Of Human Unsafe Behavior Based On The Testing Of Behavior In Coal Mine

China's coal mine production safety situation has improved over the previous few years, but still very serious.In recent years, production accidents of the coal mine have happened now and then According to the studies and statistics show that 80% accidents in the coal mining enterprises produce caused by unsafe behavior. So the prevention and control of the accidents caused by unsafe behavior which happened in the coal mine enterprise doubtless is the key point to reduce personnel's dead and injured as well as the property lose, and guarantee the enterprise security produce.Therefore, this paper researched on human unsafe behavior of coal mine basing on learning the theories and methods of measurement on safety behavior and psychological.Firstly, analyse the concept, characteristics, classification, causes, influencing factors and the relationship between human error, which do theoretical support for the research on unsafe human behavior of coal mine.Secondly, analysed human unsafe behavior in coal mine, found that three violations phenomenon of coal mining are serious through the physical inspection and on-site research, and the results of the survey statistics and analysis show that human unsafe behavior of coal mine mainly due to violation of regulations and mismanagement.Thirdly, according to the impact factors and cause analysis of of coal mine, maked behavior testing to huangling coal mine of Shaanxi province, using human unsafe behavior scale which basing on the theory of psychological testing for human saftey behavior, find the scale has high reliability and validity through testing. Then select the greater impact fators on unsafe behavior for re-establishment measurement scale, make retest using new scale and establish fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model to evaluate the coal mine's unsafe behavior in the light of the results, the conclusion is more dangerous.Finally, on the basis of the test result applyed the research methods of theories of safety management, accident caused theory, security behavior, security theory, safety system engineering, safety psychology theory and respectively, cited behavior fence thinking and psychological contract thinking from the people's own point of view, the security management point of view, the human machine matches system security, security culture and life important events preventing and controling unsafe acts of people.
