Abstract/Summary:
China is a coal based energy superpower, coal play an important role in the economic construction of our country coal will remain as a major en ergy. With the increase of coal production, coal mine safety accident rate inc reased, seriously affecting the safe production in coal mine. Among them, th e dust is one of the five majordisasters in coal mine has been paid more a nd more attention, not only lead to workers suffering from pneumoconiosis a nd dust, but also threatens the ecological environment, more serious is the c atastrophic accidents caused by thedust explosion. Influence factors of dust h azard is very complex, not simply rely on risk factors to evaluate the individ ual dust. In order to ensure the safety production in coal mine, analysis and evaluation of the coal dust hazard, can helpenterprises find themselves short of coal mine dust prevention, so as to make special efforts to make up for th e focus, in order to improve the effect of mill dust control, safety productio n guarantee workers better health and mine.Domestic and foreign scholars have conducted massive research on dus thazard, and put forward many scientific methods. This article of mine dust build on a new risk assessment model-AHP-Extension evaluation mo del to evaluate the risk of dust. The reference level of dust hazardin China and the related research will dust hazard is classified into5grades:I grad e security, â…¡ grade relatively safe, â…¢ grade in general, IVgrade relatively danger, V grade danger.Mine dust hazard evaluation system established in this article consists of twolayers of index, the first layer index for workers, dust properties, worki ng environment, safety management of the4indicators,4indicators were20two level index. The use of AHP to determine the weights of all indicators, ultimately determine the safety management plays a major role in the dust h azard,combined with the theory of extenics, the extension comprehensive ev aluation model.The use of extension comprehensive evaluation model to evaluate the Ma JiaLiang coal mine of Datong Coal Mine Group Co., the use of MAT LAB software in the calculation process, and the preparation of extension c omprehensive evaluation of MATLAB program. Finally, the evaluation result s of level â…¡ is grade relatively safe, verify the analytic hierarchy process ex tension feasibility study on dust hazardmodel.
