Abstract/Summary:
At present, the roadheader has been widely used in underground engineering andmining engineering. As an important component in the roadheader walking mechanism,its quality decides the overall development of boom type roadheader. The aim of thisthesis is the major component of the walking mechanism from the structure, workingprinciple, material selection, drive form analysis and other aspects of design, and finallycompleted the design of walking mechanism.This thesis elaborates the functions of the roadheader walking mechanism in themachine, the basic structure and the working principle. Boom type roadheader walkingmechanism need to meet the driver body forward and backward, and turning around andmobilize the work requirements. At the same time, because of its supporting machineweight and traction load machine when it is walking, driving, which bear the cuttingmechanism of reaction force, overturning moment and dynamic load. The walkingmechanism of functional requirements, this article also expounds the determination ofmain parameters of walking mechanism, including a track mechanism design, driveform analysis, driving mechanism design and tensioning mechanism design.According to the determination of the main parameters on boom type roadheaderwalking mechanism for the design, the modeling and virtual assembly of the roadheaderwalking machine were carried out by the application of Pro/E and finite elementanalysis. And the verification were obtained by using the ANSYS Workbench3D. Typetest and industrial experiment were done on walking mechanism to verify the rationalityof the design, and improved design was done according to the problems for rationality.The research object EBZ318H type roadheader of this thesis is from SANYHEheavy equipment Co., Ltd. Its walking mechanism design theory and the method can bewidely applied to the hydraulic motor for driving system of all mechanical equipment.Further, the design can improve the design accuracy and quality of production andenterprise competitiveness. The investigation can provide a method for the design andstudy of large mining equipments in the severe environment.
