This paper based on the problems existing in the actual operation of the crude benzol hydrogenation unit of Tangshan Zhongrun Coal Chemical Company Limited(simply "Zhongrun")as the research target,researching each link of device in depth combined with the auxiliary condition of the factory to improve the quality of products,expand the unit capacity,ameliorate the operation environment,improve the economic benefit and competitiveness.The main work as followings:The first step is to analyze the physical and chemical parameters of heavy benzene product produced by 2 x 100000 tons/year crude benzene hydrogenation unit and study the feasibility,operating parameter and economic evaluation of the extraction of naphthalene from heavy benzene project,combined with the technical indicators from removing heavy components tower of crude benzene hydrogenation unit of Zhongrun to upgrade the existing removing heavy components tower and related equipment,and build new 50000 tons/year extraction of naphthalene from heavy benzene unit.With the technology optimization of the docking part of two sets of devices,it realized the maximization of the device capacity and benefits.Second,the process optimization was studied for the distillation system.Add a small distillation system of 50000 tons/year on the basis of the reconstruction of the hydrogenation system.Analysis the influencing factors of distillation system and the matching problem between the original distillation system and small distillation system,and study some technical indicators which contain the influence of the solvent feed ratio for extraction effect,the influence of the poor solvent temperature for benzene content in the aromatic hydrocarbons and the sensitive plate temperature,and the influence of the sensitive plate temperature for the effect of extraction column,then determine the technical operation indicators.The original tower of toluene was reformed that transformed the original toluene tower into xylene tower to improve xylene processing capacity of distillation system.Third,the process performance optimization of the whole equipment.Analysis the performance indicators of sulfur containing dry gas and determine the processing scheme,optimize technology control system,fire-fighting equipment,steam pipe system,water and electricity supply system and other auxiliary system.Fourthly,research and analysis the feed method of hydrogenation reactor catalyst,comparative analysis on some technical indicators such as the reactor loading density,hydrogenation capacity and differential pressure drop etc.Then the dense-phase loading technique is determined and hydrogenation capacity improved over 20%.
