Research On Regional Industrial Solid Waste Disposal Bus System Built

The treatment and disposal of industrial solid waste managementcenter is the core, which achieve industrial solid waste centralized and distributeddisposal.This disposal model will achieve environmental, economic and social benefitsmaximization. To determine the composition of each unit bus system, we should firstlydecise the way of industrial solid waste disposal, there are three main parts of its contents,survey, setting integrated disposal indicator system, multi-level gray comprehensiveevaluation. thus we can build an open and closed industrial solid waste disposal bussystem.Regional industrial solid waste disposal bus system is a complicated system andcontains a variety of relations with interaction of many factors. To deepen the bus systemresearch and understand of the internal structure of the feedback, we build the bus systemdynamics model of industrial solid waste,which can simulate the variables of the bussystem.In this way can we find the policy measures to improve bus system behavior.In this paper, we use the ides of theoretical system construction methods and empiricalapplication.Building up regional industrial solid waste disposal method of bus system,wechoose dalian west island petrochemical park as a specific research object and apply the bussystem method on industrial solid waste disposal of it. Through policy analysis model forbus system, we determine the optimal safeguard bus system operation policy options.Through this research, we propose a method for constructing regional bus system ofindustrial solid waste disposal,which provides the methodology support for regionalindustrial solid waste management.We take concrete research on dalian west islandpetrochemical park bus system construction for the disposal of industrial solid waste,finding the management ways and methods for it.
