Design Of Casing And Flavor Delivering System In Longyan Cigarette Factory

The casing and flavor solutions is one of the key elements in the tobaccoingredients and its formulating and delivering is one of the important processes for thetobacco production, which makes great contribution to the smoking taste and style.Presently, the tobacco industry enterprises attach more and more importance to theflexible production and quality traceability based on batch when they are setting up thefull automatic and high accurate casing and flavor system. The main work of this paperis followed：(1)At the beginning of this paper, the author introduces the casing and flavordelivering system and its basic processes in line with the new senior project’s featuresand overall design. The system is able to cope with the small size batch, multi-batchesand tailor-made production mode.(2)On the basis of such system, this paper illustrates the control system with theoverall structure of supervising level and on-site local level. The communication in thesystem is attained by3-level frame, Ethenet, ProFiNet and local ProfiBus. Inaccordance with the processing demand, the operating and controlling mode has beenplanned. With the above mentioned design, the author analyzes the control system’simplementation in the flexible production and product quality assurance.(3)In the end, this paper analyses the Simatic Bactch7.0for WinCC, and introducesthe application of the software package in this system.Combining the requirements of overall design of the line, this article fullyintegrated into the concept of quality control of batches in the process of systemdesign，The system design is completely able to cope with the small size batch,multi-batches and tailor-made production mode.
