With the development of exploitation percent and mineral mechanization level, numerical measure of high temperature mine is increasingly augment. Damaging degree with hyperthermia is becoming more and more severe. Endangerment causing by hyperthermia has been bottleneck problem which has conditioned progress of coal production. Cooling technology using ice to delivering cold quantity has been progressing as one new method in recent years. This dissertation systematically researches into cooling technology using ice to delivering cold quantity. Analyses composition of thermal and humidity load, determine calculation means of load. Deduces required cold quantity on working face and refrigerating loss of CW in conduit. Disscusses composition of cold quantity, relationship between heat dissipating capacity from thermal resource and quantity of heat absorbed by air and connection between cold quantity and air volume. Analyses pressure drop character of ice-water two phase flow in vertical and horizontal ducts by experiments. Founds three-dimensional analytic model and analyses heat transfer with phase change with the help of numerical simulation software using Euler backward difference. Confirms deterministic function of ice particle diameter and ice-water intermixture height on yielding water temperature flowing from ice melting cistern. Improves calculation method of insulation course thickness within maximal refrigerating loss specified in coherent norm. In the end proceeds contrast analysis between ice delivering cold quantity system and another air condition systems applying in mine by means of one case study and supplys technical and economic evaluation target.
