In this paper, I analyze the mechanism and influence factors of two different flowimprover, study the ability of improving flow rate with flow improver on curde oil in Dongxinline during the transportation amount is variable. Add BEM-JN series viscosity reducer forhigh transportation amount test, add the SLCC-JZJ oil-soluble drag reducer increasingtransportation test in Dongxin line, study the feasibility of Dongxin oil pipeline transportingdifferent flow.One test adding viscosity breaker we use three concentration ratio(80mg/kg、110mg/kg、150mg/kg), another test adding drag reducer we use three concentration ratio (60mg/kg、80mg/kg、100mg/kg), compare two tests and comprehensive evaluate the effect ofcrude oil on the downstream petroleum processing after adding the two agents. The results ofexperiment showed, depressant transportation can greatly improved the low temperaturefluidity of crude oil, can satisfy different throughput requirements.Based on the experimental data and complex operation of Dongxin oil pipeline, putforward a new method to calculate the resistance reduction rate; discusses the necessity andmethods of determining optimum additive concentration; Inverse calculation alculatedviscosity and Reynolds number, analyze the influence of Reynolds number on the dragreduction efficiency, Analysis of the essence of drag reducing additive in Dongxin pipelinereduce drag and increase throughput effect; point out the effect that shear action on additiveeffect and and provide research methods; Provide a theoretical guide for guiding oilproduction better.
