In this paper, I analyze the mechanism and influence factors of two different flow improver, study the ability of improving flow rate with flow improver on crude oil in Dongxin line during the transportation amount is variable. Add BEM-JN series viscosity reducer for high transportation amount test,add the SLCC-JZJ oil-soluble drag reducer increasing transportation test in Dongxin line, study the feasibility of Dongxin oil pipeline transporting different flow. One test adding viscosity breaker we use three concentration ratio(80 mg/kg、110 mg/kg、150 mg/kg), another test adding drag reducer we use three concentration ratio(60 mg/kg 、80 mg/kg、100 mg/kg), compare two tests and comprehensive evaluate the effect of crude oil on the downstream petroleum processing after adding the two agents. The results of experiment showed, depressant transportation can greatly improved the low temperature fluidity of crude oil, can satisfy different throughput requirements.Based on the experimental data and complex operation of Dongxin oil pipeline, put forward a new method to calculate the resistance reduction rate; discusses the necessity and methods of determining optimum additive concentration;Inverse calculation calculated viscosity and Reynolds number, analyze the influence of Reynolds number on the drag reduction efficiency, Analysis of the essence of drag reducing additive in Dongxin pipeline reduce drag and increase throughput effect; point out the effect that shear action on additive effect and and provide research methods; Provide a theoretical guide for guiding oil production better.
