In today’s rapid development of manufacturing, the impact of information tomanufacturing enterprises grows increasingly. The market competition makes the enterprisepay more and more attention to the construction of information system to strengthen thecoordination and enhance the rapid response manufacturing ability. As a result,Manufacturing Execution System (MES) becomes an information system for the enterpriseto achieve orderly, coordinating, controllable and efficient for manufacturing especially forthe workshop. The core of manufacturing execution system is through the whole processfrom blank to the whole process of warehouse management as well as comprehensivetechnical, cost, quality to build a collaborative manufacturing platform for full taking partin of the enterprises, and then provides a communication bridge for the upper planmanagement and the bottom hardware control.With the requirements of rapid response manufacturing and the lean productionupgrading, assembly executive process of complex product is becoming more and morepresent association, coordination, flexibility. Especially in the current fierce competitionenvironment, in order to adapt to market changes, management and production process ofthe enterprises is in depth change. Thus requirements such as dynamic adjustment andflexibility to adapt to the execution system are proposed to the planning, configuration andexecution of assembly executive systems. Currently, in the complex and dynamicproduction environment, we must face the adjustment and upgrading of rapid responsemanufacturing demand. As a typical information system, assembly executive system is inthe implementation process of integrated monitoring for execution process assembly andflexible service collaborative is also faced with the urgent needs of integrated monitoring,flexible configuration and dynamic adjustment.The main work of this paper is summarized as follows:1. Workflow-based integrated monitoring for execution process assembly and flexibleservice collaborative technology is proposed. Combined with the characteristics of complexproduct assembly production, the assembly executive process monitoring theory includingcomplex product concept, assembly monitoring target, object and realization technology and method is put forward.2. The model of the relationship of task-kitting-craft of the complex relation ofproduction is built. By analyzing the characteristic of craft process and production process,the production process mapping technology based on workflow is proposed. This paperestablished the process data acquisition and status of the workflow controlling mechanism,and formed the mechanism of kitting process controlling supporting the assembly executionprocess integrated monitoring mechanism faced with complex correlation production.3. From system configuration and the need of business system, the business-functionstatus correlation controlling technology based on implicit workflow is proposed.Combined with the actual demand, this paper put forward a rule that based on theassociated status controlling of functional modules. Also, this paper proposed aco-processing technology to deal with the business problem that based on the workflow. Inthe basis of workflow template and instantiation application, further conceptual design forstructural matrix is introduced. Combined with the workflow execution process ofprocessing changes to adjust demand, this paper achieves the effective modeling ofworkflow model, and describes the transformation of the DSM model under the adjustmentin the aspects of nodes and branches adding/deleting and branch structure transformationwhich offers the support to form a flexible, adjustable workflow technology.4. Having the specific requirements of complex product in assembly workshop as abackground, this paper enriched the assembly manufacturing execution system anddeveloped the graphical workflow modeling and its application module. By usingMicrosoft.NET4.0as a framework platform to develop, this paper use VisualStudio2010development tools to develop the server and client of software. Finally, through runningand analysis of the actual project instance, the reasonableness and effectiveness of thetechnology was verified.
