In this paper, designing of the TDZ110A boring and milling machine control system as the research background, detailed description the design process of the TDZl10A boring and milling machine based on PLC electrical control system. According to the design requirements, TDZ110A boring and milling machine control system adopts Siemens S7-200series PLC as it’s system control core, Siemens touch screen as the man-machine interactive unit, grating ruler and rotary encoder as the feedback unit, the servo drive and servo motor as it’s drive device, the full closed loop control system is adopted in this control system.In this article, through to analyze the basic structure of the boring and milling machine, and according to the actual design requirements, the TDZ110A boring and milling machine control system control plan has been determined. The choice of the main hardware in this control system are introduced:Siemens PLC-200, Guangzhou numerical control AC servo motor, touch screen and the selection of other major components. According to the actual design requirements, input and output points of PLC were counted, and then distribution of the input and output points. According to the input and output point distribution design the electrical schematic diagram.According to the structure of the up slide seat feed servo system, analysis The main units of the up slide seat feed servo system, and establishing the mathematical model basis on the mathematics modeling method, and transforming the mathematical model as the Laplace transformation form, the transfer function can be derived, finally comprehensive the feed servo drive system and mechanical drive system mathematical model, establishing the mathematic model of the system of the TDZl10A boring and milling machine. Calculated the parameters of the mathematical model of the system, therefore, the accurate transfer function can be determined, the characteristics of this system can be determined according to the system’s transfer function.In order to ensure the efficiency of the boring and milling machine, the best method is the greatest acceleration and deceleration can be used in the process of the machine start and stop, at the same time,it cannot cause shock and influence the precision of the machine tool. In this paper, according to the two aspects of the problem, calculating the acceleration of the optimal range and the largest terminal velocity of displacement. Then according to the calculated parameters, writing the PLC ladder diagram, then the efficiency and precision matched the requirements controlled by this control program.The communication of between the two PLC and the communication between the touch screen and1#PLC have been realized by the use of PPI Protocol, communication between STM32F103VX panel and2#PLC realized by the free-port communication, the communications of control system of the whole Boring and Milling Machine is realized at last. The communication of complex network has been realized by the use of PPI Protocol and free-port communication, it has simplified the control system of boring and milling machine greatly. What’s more, it made the control system more reliable.The TDZl10A boring and milling machine control system was realized by PLC, AC servo drive system and touch screen, which increasing the boring and milling machine control system advanced and reliable of the boring and milling machine, and at the same time it greatly improves the boring and milling machine processing efficiency,machining precision and performance.
