Accuracy of setting printer ink fountain, can determine the quality ofa printed matter. Accurate setting printer ink fountain is the constant pursuit ofprinting machine manufacturing enterprises. Printing machine central inkquantity control system, is a kind of ink supply system widely adopted inmodern printing machines, the process of printing quality control hasimportant significance. The domestic production has such deficiencies, thepoor anti-interference ability of communication bus,without fine adjustmentfunction of ink key.In order to improve the stability and control precision of printer inkamount control system, puts forward a control system of DC motor. Thissystem takes the STM8S208MB single chip computer as controlchip, brushless DC motor as the controlled object. This method can getposition information of the ink keys by PC on-line monitoring. PC can directlysend instructions to each single chip to through the RS-485communicationbus, and the DC motor will run and the stop. The ink key opening degree ofprecision adjustment will be realized. The operators can save and read theposition information of ink keys through the PC software.This paper introduces the integral design scheme of motor system, thehardware design of DC motor control system, the software design of DC motorcontrol system, the design of RS-485communication bus, analysis of softwaredebugging and test results. After testing, the drive performance is good, andthe anti-interference ability is strong. This system can meet the designrequirements. The precision of this control system can reach2%,and havethe fine adjustment function.
