Complexity of coal preparation plant extracting decides that safe evaluation in coalpreparation plant is a complicated system engineering. How to scientific, objective andcomprehensive evaluation of the safety of the coal preparation plant, to grasp the status of thecoal washery employees responsibility, strengthen the control of risk factors have a vital role. Inthis paper, the production system hazard in coal preparation plant as the main object ofstudy,and there is a comprehensive and systematic understanding of all hazard source whichlead to coal preparation plant accident in this paper,then give them scientific evaluation and pre-control,at the same time we have a study on the hazard source management system of risk pre-control combined with the specific situation of coal preparation plant. It will have an importantpractical significance on strengthening the management of production system hazard and reducethe incidence of coal preparation plant.It is very appropriate to apply fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method contributing to theambiguity of evaluation during the course of coal preparation plant. The weight of fuzzyevaluation is usually given in the light of experts’ experience, which is inevitably subjective.AHP is a much believable method which combines both quantitative and qualitative, tominimize the mistakes brought by subjective impression.This research has both at home and abroad risk pre-controlled of development status, inwash coal preparation plant production system of dangerous source of theory based Shang,according to production system accident occurred law and evaluation indicators systemestablished of principles, on various effects production system accident occurred of factors foranalysis comparison, distinguish out has representative of dangerous source, on dangeroussource for analysis evaluation, established has wash coal preparation plant production system ofsecurity evaluation indicators system, used levels analysis law determines evaluation factorsweights, makes wash coal preparation plant production system weights of assigned value morescience, and reasonable, Better reflect the hazard degree of importance for safety of coal production systems status. Finally, using fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method andproduction system for coal preparation plant of major accident hazard and a risk evaluationstudies, integrated evaluation on coal mine production safety level of the system, its securitylevel.Finally,combine with coal preparation plant examples illustrate the feasibility andpracticality of the production system hazard risk control management system in coal preparationplant,indicated that the system has a praxis sense to improve safety management efficiency andsafety monitoring management level in coal preparation plant,as well as make some usefulfurther resesrch to explore and try for modernization,information management and controlintegration in coal preparation plant later.
