As we all know, the coal industry is famous for its high energy consumption, highpollution. High energy consumption means there is plenty of waste heat produced, butmost of the waste heat is low temperature heat energy, cannot directly be used, most ofthe heat go to waste, and produce a lot of pollution. Technique for recycling this wasteheat can be combined with now, and then used to produce life.This article is based in exhaust air heat recovery project of linhuan coal mine ofHuaibei,and research on heat pump technology is used to extract coal mine exhaust airheat to meet up with cold load and heating load. During the production process of coalmine, mine exhaust air carrying large quantities of high quality waste heat; with heatpump technology,we can reuse this waste heat recovery for heating in winter, on themine shaft freezing and air conditioning in the summer. This technology not only is ofgreat significance for energy saving and emission reduction, but can greatly reduce theconsumption of coal resource and energy consumption, This technology has animportant transformative to change traditional coal heating mode.This paper included the project identification, feasibility analysis,and design ofthe exhaust air heat extraction devices, and principal of design is deeply studied, thispaper also include Analysis of the problems encountered and operation data.This project not only has a huge of economic benefits, but also has a great deal ofsocial benefits. Paper for waste heat Recovery technology has played a very positiverole in the promotion and application. The project for building a resources-saving andenvironment-friendly society is also significant.
