Our country is a big agricultural country, agricultural logistics pivotal in the national economy. Due to the impact of incomplete preservation means, facilities and other factors behind the circulation of agricultural products in China at this stage is very serious damage, caused huge economic losses each year. In this paper, under many conditions affecting the temperature of the refrigerated space for agricultural state, using CFD software Fluent temperature of the refrigerated space was simulated, and build a network based on ZigBee since temperature measurement system, based on the simulation results to the real-time monitoring of refrigerated the space key regional temperature changes.In this paper, computational fluid dynamics equations and physical models, CFD simulation steps of the solution process and Fluent’s CFD software described in detail. Fluent CFD software using refrigerated space for multi conditions:refrigerated trucks, refrigerator and freezer temperature distribution within the simulation carried out:The effect of stacking problems of refrigerated cargo space temperature distribution, particularly to study the air cooler air velocity impact and door switch process air temperature distribution inside the refrigerated air cooling chamber temperature field distribution. According to the simulation results, the refrigerated space to determine the appropriate temperature measurement location.Based on ZigBee temperature measurement system, the detection module, ZigBee end devices, ZigBee routers, ZigBee coordinator composition, each module including hardware design, software design and implementation. Temperature measurement system to complete the entire temperature real-time acquisition and communications.In this paper, the above numerical simulation results as a guide, based on ZigBee nodes suitable temperature distribution network from the temperature measurement system, and experimental verification. Experimental results show that the numerical simulation CFD software Fluent has a certain reliability and accuracy of the temperature measurement system is stable and the results are basically consistent with the results of numerical simulation.
