With the rapid development of Chinese economy, The demands for energy isbecoming more and more, coal is one of Chiness major energy which makes ourcountry focus on coal mining enterprises.The safety monitoring system of coal minehas been backward for a long time, It led to mining accidents that happened frequently.It is statisticed that the number of death from coal mine safety accidents is nearly5000people each year,it is100times more than the European and Americancountries.So preventing safety accident has become the most important thing whichcoal mining sectors need to do.The world’s major coal-producing countries attach great importance to theprevention and management of mine disaster, now the most used one is mine safetymonitoring system, our country began to import foreign downhole safety system inthe1980’s. Because safety accidents are more gas accidents, the introduction of minesafety monitoring system mainly bases on monitoring gas quantity and air quantity.With the development of science and technology, our country attaches greatimportance to the safety of personnel in recent years and sets up the mine supervisiondepartment, the demand for mine safety system is higher and higher, as a result, thedownhole safety system updates very fast. Modern production has become themainstream in the coal mine production.In this paper I studied downhole monitoring substation system in China andabroad, considering the situation in the research process and the development of thefuture substation integrated security system, I did the analysis and design of thedownhole substation system, and designs the corresponding hardware and software,realize the basic function of the substation. Main contents and conclusions of thisstudy are as follows:(1) The overall design of downhole monitoring substation. According to thespecification of coal mine monitoring substation system.I worked out the designparameters, and then combined with the design parameters, planning the overalldesign scheme, in view of the practical and real-time downhole monitoring substation,building hardware system and software system for the underground monitoringsubstation system.(2) The hardware design of downhole monitoring substation system. First I provide the design idea of hardware circuit and the hardware system of power supplycircuit. According to the common downhole sensor selection, I design the sensorsignal input S3C2440chip Lord of front-end circuit which circuit design can showmine environment parameters. Finally,the transmission circuit which bases onEthernet data is designed.(3) The software design of downhole monitoring substation system. Theadvantages of embedded system are introduced first, and then I design the applicationroutine, transplantation system and driver in turn. Application routine must beprogramming is designed for the main program, the sensor acquisition procedures,control program, a graphical interface and network communicationprocedures.Summary for system migration steps. Hardware drivers are classified andintroduced, the software anti-interference design is also given.(4) The debugging of underground monitoring substation system. Hardware andsoftware of the substation system debugging; Hardware debugging main use ofmeasuring tool testing electronic technology; Substation system software testing ofthe main use of DNW software testing system of communication function, using theQT software interface tests show/touch function, upper machine debugging of thewhole system running situation, the ultimate test show that the downhole monitoringsubstation system for underground work environment can provide accurateenvironmental parameters and safety basis, fully meet the needs of coal mine safetyproduction.
