The x-ray angle sorter is one of the most important special equipments in the process of crystal incision now. According to the Prague equation and x-ray selected as the measure, the equipment is a exact equipment which is used to analyze the crystal. On the basis of the hand x-ray angle sorter, we develop the x-ray angle sorter. We take advantage of computer measure and control system, step motor driving system, the technology of the feeble signal measurement and computer data process to enhance the efficiency and precision.The thesis has mentioned the R&D of the computer measure and control system of the x-ray angle sorter. According to the analysis of the needed index, we design the hardware and software of the system, and research the process of the complicated signal. The system uses the high-speed mixed signal MCU PIC18F4620and PIC16F877, produced by Microchip Corporation as the core of the system. The hardware and software are integrated to fulfill the following function:amplifying signal, filtering waves, converting analog signal to digital signal. At the same time, a lot of techniques are used to enhance the precision.In this paper, we also design the stepper motor’s micro-stepping driver system. The stepper motor’s micro-stepping driver is a kind of driving technology that can effectively improve the stop precision and characteristic of low frequency. It is mostly used when the equipments require high-precision, low noise or low vibration system, and it is being a more and more popular driving technology. Based on technologies such as stepper motor controller, PWM inverter and microcontroller, we analysis the using of micro-stepping driving technology to improve operational performance, discuss the principles of SPWM inverter for stepper motor with invariable torque micro-stepping driver, and propound sine wave current subdividing and current tracking PWM technology, then the stepper motor’s micro-stepping driver is presented.
