To sum up, here are the parts of this paper.(1) In this paper, based on a large number of literatures, Discusses the research background and the finite element simulation of the present research situation at home and abroad, Analysis of the finite element simulation of the problems and development trend. Explains the research purpose and significance.(2) According to the grinding vibration and grinding technology theory, analysis and research the influence of grinding vibration factor, Research of grinding process model.(3) Using Pro/E software to establish the model of grinding wheel, Using ANSYS carries on the modal analysis, Calculate the natural frequency of the grinding wheel, Using ANSYS on the grinding wheel for harmonic response analysis, Calculate the wheel structure steady forced vibration, as a result, obtained from the wheel in several frequency response curve, Validation of wheel due to forced vibration caused by harmful effect.(4) Establishment of grinding particle motion trajectory equation; Programming with Matlab, Make a super high-speed grinding Roughness Simulation Interface, use the interface to simulate the super high speed grinding workpiece surface topography.(5) Put forward the roughness evaluation parameters, Analysis simulation data, According to the different wheel speed, grinding depth, feed rate, surface roughness changes, And simulate the grinding in the consideration of vibration and does not consider the vibration condition, as the wheel speed change, the change tendency of surface roughness, Finally proposed surface waviness evaluation parameters, the surface waviness of theoretical modeling analysis, put forward to improve the method of surface waviness.
