Application Research Of Time Management For Baosteel Ore Conveying System Project

Project process management is one of the most important contents in the field of project management knowledge. Economic reasonable process plan will be compiled based on the project target in project process management and the executing situation of project process will be checked according to this. The deviation between the actual and planning process will be compared and measures will be taken to assure the project being carried out according to the original plan and make the intended target come true on schedule and in the budget range.In order to help recover the problems, such as, the project costs a large amount of investment, contains a bunch of sub-projects, complicated construction and a short time, we apply the method combining the theory of modern project management and case study to discuss the procedure management problem in the project progress management of the reform of BaoSteel ore conveying system project. The result achieved is as below(1) After BaoSteel ore conveying system reforming project is analyzed, the timetable of it is established and the critical route to it is found based on generally considering each relationship.(2) The critical route to the project needs to be controlled. Integrate resources and the time limit will be controlled in the plan.(3) The research is made on the adjusting principle, corrective method and steps of it according to the collected practical data during checking the progress plan.
