Research On The Risk Management Of The Fourth Cold Rolling Project Of Silicon Steel In BG Company

In recent years,project risk management has become one of the hot topics in management discipline at home and abroad.Project risk management is a series of management activities in the project management practice,the project actual situ ation and risk management theory and method,the project risk identification,eval uation,response and control.Project risk management is an important guarantee f or the three objectives of project cost,schedule and quality,and plays an importan t role in the success of the project.Iron and steel enterprises in the new cold rollin g project usually has the characteristics of long construction period,large investm ent,complex internal and external relations,if the lack of effective project risk m anagement,the project is very easy to encounter setbacks or even failure.Therefo re,it is urgent to use project risk management theory to guide the new cold rolling project in iron and steel enterprises.This paper paper takes the fourth cold rolling project of silicon steel in BG company as the research object,according to the management mode of risk identification,risk assessment,risk response and risk control,the application of brainstorming method and literature research method to identify the project may encounter market,financial,time,quality,production,environmental protection,safety seven risk,using the FMEA method and the risk graph method for qualitative and quantitative evaluation on the seven risk,according to the project risk assessment for formulating risk coping strategies,and project risk control measures are discussed.First a brief overview of the basic theory of project risk management,risk identification,risk management of the project in the process of risk assessment and risk control are discussed;secondly,elaborated the project background,description of the project content,project organization and project target and analyzes the characteristics of the project,the project risk control requirements and objectives;third,the risk factors of the fourth cold rolling project of silicon steel in BG company are analyzed,risk identification is carried out according to the relevant influencing factors,the project risk evaluation system is established,and the identified project risks are evaluated;fourth,according to the project risk assessment results to develop project risk response plan to discuss the project risk coping strategies,and project risk control,finally formed the relevant risk control measures.The research of this paper has a reference value for the risk management of the new cold rolling project of the same kind of steel enterprises.
