Ink-jet printing which also called digital printing has made great development in recent years, as a whole, it has many powerful advantages, first of all it is completely detached from the traditional printing process which has cumbersome procedures, can efficiently complete digital proofs and short production operations; can implement variable data printing and on-demand printing; printed in different materials, the scope particularly extensive. The fast curing UV curable ink has no VOC emissions, energy consumption, so the combination of inkjet printing technology and UV curing technology complement each other of their respective advantages, UV inkjet ink would be useful for the future development.The main subject meet the higher demand of art reproduction industry Traditional oil painting reproduction can not realize the result of three-dimensional printing,also need to go through artificial modification. Moreover, UV curable inkjet ink can curd instantaneously after printing which can not only realize strong three-dimensional sense but also good film-forming properties.UV spectrophotometer was used to measure UV transmittance spectrum of pigment and photo-initiators to identify the light transmitting window of a pigment and photo-initiatorsā€™absorption peak, then later the types of photo-initiators was determined. In order to determine the optimal assignment of monomers, dispersing agent, defoaming agent and dispersing resin, the table U12(43) of uniform design method was supplied to achieve the smallest particle diameter within the range of D95. Then the uniform design table U7(34) was arranged to identify the connditions of configuration of based ink by regarding smallest particle diameter within the range of D95as indicator. After the excellent configuration of based ink, the orthogonal design method L9(34) was used to determine the proportion of based ink, photo-initiators, film-forming resin, additives by regarding viscosity, surface tension, curing speed, and color fastness as indicators.We can draw the best formula cyan pigment preparation are:monomer (HDDA: TPGDA:DPGDA:TMPTA=7:3:9:2)60%,20%polyurethane resin, phthalocyanine blue15%of pigment,9076wetting and dispersing agent5%. Therefore, according to the best conditions of the test, obtained cyan pigment grind optimum conditions are:polishing rate30000R/min, stirring time20min, the ratio of bead1(0.5mm):2(0.8mm), grinding beads added amount270g/100g basde ink. And We can get the smallest particle size when the grinding time was90min,particle size was0.35Ī¼m.The minimum viscosity and surface tension of the test is the2nd test, the specific composition is:20%based ink,17%polyurethane resin,50%HDDA monomer,8%photoinitiator, i.e.,907:ITX:DETX=4:2:2,5%antifoaming agent; Fastest curing speed of the ink formulation and Maximum color strength is the3rd test, the specific formula is:20%based ink,17%polyurethane resin,50%TPGDA monomer,8%photoinitiator, i.e.,907:ITX:DETX=3:3:2,8%defoamer.
