This topic mainly have passed on the design and development about automated static casting of MC nylon plate mold, making it can automatically open mold, mold closing and demoulding, and realizing quantity production in the near future. Firstly, to carry on the design of the structure of mould design which including lateral plate frame mode and intermediate partition mode. Secondly, design of the demoulding mechanism again. By the hydraulic to control the tensile sleeve automatic closes the mold, then by the barb machine device and pneumatic pusher realize demoulding, it is implement intelligent mould process knowledge integration and automation of production process. Then used the Pro/E which is a kind of3D modeling software and ANSYS Workbench do the finite element simulation analysis. In the analysis optimization analysis was carried out on the mold’s plates as well. Finally, to initially devise Ihe control process and system of mould By the study and design, to get a set of automatic casting mould with the rationality of the design and the high reliability, which meeting the requirements of plank product and improving the quality of production. It can also automatically release in production process, save labor, reduc the production cycle, improve efficiency.
