Injection mold is a kind of high technology content,high experience added value forming equipment.CAE(computer aided analysis)technology has been used in injection mold industry to obtain many research results,and the simulation of rigidity and strength of mould has many achievements.However,the design of actual injection mold design mainly depends on the experience,which causes many test modes,the die life is not high,the production is unstable and so on.The injection mold is widely used,and the professional development,professional manufacture of large molds,precision mold companies.It is divided into electronic products moulds,automobile injection moulds moulds,daily necessities mould and so on.Each mould has its unique design method and mould manufacturing process.The emulsion pump mould introduced in this paper belongs to the mold of daily necessities,which is characterized by high yield and a multi-cavity mold.This type of mould has higher requirements for design and manufacturing techniques.Although people are more likely to use latex pumps,there is little understanding of latex pumps,and there are not many books on latex pumps.This paper first introduces the type and application of emulsion pump,the structure of typical emulsion pump,and introduces its working principle,so that people can know about this kind of products.The part of the emulsion pump is an important part of the emulsion pump.There are many die schemes for this product,but many of them are complex and not suitable for high volume and high volume production.Now the mold industry is highly competitive,the mold manufacturing requires the lowest input to maximize the output,and has the ability to absorb large orders.Therefore,the molds of the emulsion pump should be constantly improved to meet the needs of large production.In this paper,the design method of automatic stripping of injection mold of multi-cavity is put forward through the design of injection mold of the emulsion pump.The unique lateral pumping structure is adopted to solve the complicated problem of mold structure,which greatly increases the production capacity of the mould.In the process of designing the mould,CAE and CAD are used in the design.Using PRO/E technology to design the mould.Based on the mold flow analysis software(Moldfolw)simulation analysis of injection molding process,the products could be accurately determine the gate location of mold,mold filling balance analysis was carried out on the mold flow,make a further optimization of mold flow,flow into balance,the production of more stable product quality,shorten the mold production cycle,put an end to the occurrence of bad design.In the mould part design,the injection mold parts in the driving force,the injection pressure under the action of deformation or even fracture.It is necessary to check the parts to verify the efficiency of the parts.The finite element analysis of the static stiffness of the main die parts is analyzed by ANSYS analysis software,and the optimization and optimization of die design are carried out according to the analysis resultsThe mould is verified by production,the sequence of the mould is reasonable,the production process is stable,and the product's dimension and appearance can meet the requirements of the customer.
