| Pipeline SCADA system through the computer, control equipment and instruments, the combination of software and hardware to monitor and control the pipeline, the pipeline can produce safe and reliable operation, stable. The successful application of SCADA system in pipeline, we can better guarantee the pipeline safe operation of the economy, not only improve operational efficiency, but also make up the deficiency of past monitoring in the pipeline.This paper mainly introduce the present situation of domestic and foreign oil pipeline, analyses the problems and the deficiencies in the operation, moreover,the reason of the pipeline leak and the outcome caused by the leakage are analyzed in detail, also conducted a comprehensive evaluation of the leak detection method. Through the analysis of SCADA system structure and function to understand the requirements in the application of pipeline technology, which application in pipeline transportation to build a pipeline SCADA system,Secondly, according to the actual situation in order to ensure safe and reliable operation of the system can be running, the hardware configuration and software design of control system and station system of oil pipeline SCADA system are analyses of the technical in detailFinally, combined with the leak detection method to establish the leak detection system based on pipeline SCADA system. Utilized the condition of pipe equipment, field instrumentation and communication systems, and combined with the SCADA system has perfect communication system network and the data acquisition system, to set the leak test station, using the remote maintenance modems, directly through the network access a multipoint PLC system and SCADA system server to read the leak detection data. Leak detection system implement the data information of SCADA system each other by mature data interface docking. Leak detection system has been successfully applied in the sense of Jingbian-Dingbian pipeline oil projects, and achieved good results. |
