Sludge fledgling industry is facing new industries, new processes, new technologies, lack of norms, lack of standards, lack of talent, lack of experience and other practical problems, The failure projects have been built were far more than success, so the sludge treatment and disposal projects of building is facing risk. In order to make sure the project construction process standardization, principled, systematic, and reducing the risk of the project implementation process, this thesis through the study of the risk management of sludge treatment project, ensuring smooth implementation of projects. The main research content and results of this thesis is as follows:In the risk management process of sludge treatment project, the construction period is divided into five stages, which are the preparatory, design, bidding, construction and operation. The period were totally identified46risks factor by using interviews and brainstorming methods, and through probability-impact risk maps and probability-impact risk statistical analysis showed that10risk factors was needed to focus on,16items was needed to be concerned,20items can be less attention. Through probability-impact risk statistical analysis and Analytic Hierarchy Process, knowing stages of the construction period sludge how important they were. According to the importance at all stages of project implementation cycle, the stages is the operation stage, design stage, preparation stage, construction stage and the bidding stage in order. According to the relevant responsible persons in the process of project implementation, from heavy of the importance to light in turn, is design units, the owners, construction units, bidding units, supervision units, the tender agent and EIA units. According to the risk classification results by stage and responsibility was take the solutions. In the process of risk coping, according to important classification results respectively to use the four risk-coping methods, which are evade the risk, transfer, mitigate and accept. Also gives the various risk control measures by the corresponding stage and the responsible. This study has guiding significance on identify, measure and respond to the risk in the sludge treatment engineering project implementation.
