| With the economic development,people pay more attention to the concept of a healthy life.Creating both comfortable and special features of the fabrics is dominant ideas to take possession of the market.At the same time,as for today’s multi-blended fabric development trend,and the technical requirements of fabrics used in summer,fifteen species of cotton blended fabrics are selected in this paper.The raw materials and structural parameters are named as Group A and Group B-cotton/silk,Group C-cotton and Group D-cotton/wool.We mainly study the effect of content of silk fiber on its heat-moisture comfort in Group A fabric,compared to the contact comfort analysis of Group A,Group B and Group C fabric,finally the samples of four groups were tested by KES fabric style.And the characteristics of KES fabric style were analyzed and compared.Through the research,the following conclusions can be drawn:Silk content on heat-moisture comfort of cotton/silk blended fabric: With the increase of the content of silk in the fabric,the air permeability decreased,the thermal conductivity of fabric increased,the heat transfer performance was improved and suction height and evaporation rate increased,and the fabric performed good moisture absorption and excellent moisture.But the water absorption,water vapor permeability and liquid water dynamic transfer index of the fabrics did not change obviously.The effects of the amount of finishing agent on the moisture absorption and quick-drying of Group A were also discussed.The results showed that the water absorbency,water vapor permeability,suction height and the dynamic index of liquid water were all improved after the finishing agent was treated.The results showed that when the amount of finishing agent was 4%,the hygroscopicity and moisture permeability was more excellent.The contact comfort tests were carried out on the specimens of group A,B and C.The test results of the three groups under single performance were obtained.The results showed that the contact feeling,bending performance,compression property and roughness of the cotton/silk blended fabrics had a certain change with the increase of the content of silk,which were reflected in the coolness,softness and smoothness of the fabrics.The principal component analysis was used to evaluate the comfort of group A samples.The two main components were named as the cold and hot feeling and smoothfeeling.By calculating the sample score and sorting,the results showed that sample A-3was the best comfort.In this paper,fifteen types of fabrics were tested for KES fabric style.The results showed that cotton/silk fabric had the best ability of resisting shear deformation,and it was prone to bending deformation.While the tensile deformation capacity of the fabric were modest.and the fabric was thin during compressed.In addition,although the cotton/silk fabric was most uneven,the surface was most smooth when fricted.It is known that the characteristics of the fabric style are influenced by many factors,such as the raw material of yarn,the structure of fabric and the way of finishing.Three principal components of fabric style index were obtained by principal component analysis.According to the experimental results of the cotton/fiber,cotton,cotton/wool fabric,we can see that Group A cotton/silk fabric style was most suitable for the use of summer fabrics.While the samples put into the three-dimensional space made of three main components,the results showed 15 kinds of samples were clustered into the summer cool fabrics and winter warm fabrics two categories.The sample is suitable for taking the scope to guide the correct consumer select. |
