For summer high-quality lightweight wool fabrics,in addition to ensuring the fabric's feel,antistatic,excellent elasticity,wrinkle resistance,and good dyeing properties,the thermal and wet comfort of the fabric is also an important consideration.At present,the comprehensive evaluation system of heat and humidity of fabrics needs to be further improved,so it is of great significance to study the comprehensive evaluation of heat and humidity comfort of fabrics.This project adopts the principle of maintaining a single factor change,while other factors are relatively small.The 16 kinds of blended knitted fabrics and 24 kinds of woven blended fabrics were selected from Jiangsu Danmao Textile Co.,Ltd.The basic parameters of 16 kinds of knitted blended fabrics was tested,such as structure,gram per square meter,density,thickness,etc.The underfill coefficient of knitted fabrics was calculated from the yarn linear density and transverse and longitudinal density.The structure,gram per square meter,density,thickness of 24 types of woven blended fabrics were tested.The tightness coefficient of warp,weft and total fabric are calculated from the linear density and warp and weft density of the woven fabric.And the density,gram per square meter,thickness,underfill coefficient and tightness coefficient of the fabric were compared and analyzed.The experimental results show that:when the gram per square meter of the fabric is the same,the higher the wool content,the less the 37.5 polyester content,and the greater the thickness of the fabric;the thickness of 16 kinds of knitted fabrics ranges from 0.328mm to0.883mm,the underfill coefficient ranges from 8.22 to 28.25,the gram per square meter ranges from53 to 248g/m~2;the thickness of 24 types of knitted fabrics ranges from 0.229mm to 0.482 mm,and the tightness range is 65.71%to 95.70%,and the areal density ranges from 133 to 218g/m~2,the gram per square meter of plain weave fabric is small.The thermal properties with the thermal resistance and heat transfer coefficient,instant contact coolness Q-max,and the moisture properties with the moisture regain,water absorption,wicking height,drying rate,etc.of 16 kinds of blended knitted fabrics and 24 kinds of woven blended fabrics were tested.The thermal and wet comfort properties such as dry and wet heating performance under certain and constant heating conditions and air permeability were also tested.The effects of the content of the wool and 37.5 polyester,tissue structure,and the gram per square meter of blended fabrics on the thermal and moisture comfort properties were mainly studied.The thermal and moisture comfort properties of blended fabrics were also explored in a fuzzy comprehensive manner.The results show that:when the tissue structures and the content of wool of blended fabrics are basically same,the blended fabrics containing 37.5 polyester are better than the blended fabrics having common polyester in the hygroscopicity and coolness;when the content of 37.5 polyester in the blended fabric is 30%to 35%,the comprehensive thermal and wet comfort properties such as thermal conductivity and cooling are the best;in the case where the composition and structure of the blended fabrics are basically same,the smaller the thickness of the fabric,the more comprehensive it is for moisture absorption and coolness;weft-knitted fabrics have better heat-moisture properties such as moisture absorption,moisture transfer,and coolness than knitted fabrics with other structures;and the overall heat-moisture properties of plain-weave fabrics are better than two upper and lower twill,two upper and lower twill,two woven fabrics with the upper and lower wefts of flat,checkered,and perforated tissues;the presence of moisture helps to improve the moisture absorption and heat dissipation function of the garment;the air permeability has a significant positive correlation with the underfill coefficient and tightness of the blended fabric.Eight kinds of woven fabrics were selected as samples for moisture absorption and perspiration finishing.The heat transfer coefficient,Q-max,dry-wet heating performance of the corresponding fabrics after the moisture absorption and perspiration finishing were tested.Seven properties,such as moisture regain,water absorption,drying rate,and air permeability,are compared and analyzed for various properties of the corresponding fabrics before and after finishing.The results show that the moisture absorption and perspiration finishing make the heat transfer performance and air permeability of the blended woven fabrics decrease to a certain extent,and increase the moisture absorption and water absorption performance of the blended woven fabric.The overall performance of the blended woven fabrics after moisture absorption and perspiration wicking enhances the performance of moisture absorption,moisture dissipation,heat dissipation and coolness.Subjective touch test scores were used for the instant contact coolness of 16 kinds of knitted blended fabrics and 24 kinds of woven blended fabrics.Three kinds of knitted fabrics and five kinds of woven fabrics were selected for dressing experiments.Subjective sensory scores such as wet,stuffy,sticky,and cool.Finally,the subjective sensory scores after 30 minutes of exercise were selected for fuzzy comprehensive evaluation.The results show that the subjective and objective evaluations are consistent to a certain extent.Through the joint analysis of subjective and objective evaluation,it is possible to further judge and verify the comprehensive heat and humidity performance of the blended fabrics.
