Protection of the atmosphere is very important, has been crunch time, control ofatmospheric pollution is more be imperative, therefore, the author will according togoverment planning to analyze and study of atmospheric pollution prevention andcontrol of atmospheric pollution laws and countermeasures.The basic framework of this paper is the first chapter elaborates the basic theoryresearch of atmospheric pollution and atmospheric pollution knowledge introduction,basic theory from air pollution prevention and control law legislation, legislativeconcept and legislative principle analysis, secondly, introducing the basic knowledgeof the air pollution, is to make it easy for people to identify the degree of pollution ofair pollution, the environment better to protect yourself. The second chapterelaborates on the prevention and control of atmospheric pollution related legal system, were used to study the atmospheric pollution total amount control system, airpollution permits and charge system, the Chinese air emissions trading system,automobile exhaust emission control system, analysis of the correspondingmechanism in air pollution laws and regulations.
