Study On Mine Eco-environmental Sensitivity Evaluation In Laiyuan County

With the rapid development of social economy, unreasonable development anddestruction of mine ecological system, which all lead to the problems of ecologicalenvironment and land resource problem. In order to improve ecological environment,protection of land resources, ease the contradiction between social economicdevelopment and environmental protection, and to adapt to economic development,so as to achieve sustainable development, the sensitivity assessment of ecologicalenvironment of mining area land is a necessary way to solve these problems. Thesensitivity assessment of ecological environment of mining area land provides thebasic information for mine ecological planning, and it also provides the scientificbasis for the optimization of mine land use types. It is the important guarantee for thecoordinated development of Mine construction and ecological environmentalprotection. The existing ecological sensitivity evaluation ideological emphasis onecological and environmental problems on a single sensitivity analysis, which makesthe results of the evaluation is not comprehensive enough. Analyze thecomprehensive evaluation of the ecological environment of the study area in thesensitivity assessment of ecological environment, take the factors of conformationand affect as important aspects, which makes the evaluation more objective, theevaluation results more scientific and reasonable.This paper, based on a case study on Laiyuan County, applies PSR model toestablish for ecological sensitivity evaluation. And the TOPSIS method is introducedinto the evaluation of ecological sensitivity of mining area land. Based on theevaluation of ecological sensitivity, Combined with the clustering methodology, theecological environment of mining land is zoned. On this basis, in accordance withthe practical situation of the mining area and put forward the future direction ofdevelopment and ecological environment protection measures. The main conclusionsof the study are:(1) According to the domestic and international research, the paper analyzes theconnotation of the Eeo-environmental sensitivity deeply, which provides reference tothe constructing of the Eeo-environmental sensitivity theoretical system in mine district.(2) With the structure model of PSR support, selecting and analyzing the threeevaluation factors (Ecological environment pressure, Ecological environment state,and Ecological environment response) and sixteen evaluation index of study area, weuse AHP to determine the weight of each index, analysis and comprehensiveevaluation on the sensitivity of the area ecological environment. Evaluation resultsshow that in the space layout the ecological environment quality of Laiyuan Countyshows radial incremental features from the southeast to the northwest.(3) Based on the evaluation of ecological sensitivity, Combined with thethree-dimensional structure, the ecological environment of mining land is zoned.Including severe sensitive, moderately sensitive, General sensitive and potentialsensitive. Potential sensitive area consists of Tayayi country and Dongtuanbaocountry that two mining area, moderately sensitive area consists of Yinfang country,Shuibao country, Zoumayi country and Nantun country that four mining area, themining of Yanmeidong, Wanganzhen, Jinjiajing, Beishifu, Yangjiazhuang,Baishishan are General sensitive area, Wulonggou mining is severe sensitive area,Such ecological sensitivity division not only the overall planning and design for theland provides planning basis and guidance, also provides the design basis for thecomprehensive treatment of the ecological environment.(4) Proposing Appropriate countermeasures to mine ecological protection andconstruction, depending on the feature of the sensitive areas. In severe sensitiveareas, need ecological construction to reduce the ecological pressure and improve theecological state of the environment. At the same time, The government shouldstrengthen macro-control to improve the response enthusiasm of ecologicalenvironment. In moderately sensitive areas and sensitive areas in general, need Localconditions to improve the ecological environment sensitivity and prevent it tochange to the severe sensitive areas. In potentially sensitive areas, need to take thedevelopment activities moderately.
