Numerical control technology is the foundation of mechanical processing automation, is the core of the nc machine tool technology, the level is related to national strategic status and reflect the level of national comprehensive national strength, In recent years, PLC has become more and more widely used in industrial automatic control field, it’s on the control performance and hardware cost and so on, set machine cycle of comprehensive advantages are incomparable to other industrial control products. With China’s national defense, aviation, high-speed rail, automobile and other important strong growth in demand of equipment manufacturing industry, machine tools in our country has made rapid development, technology in the high speed machine tool, compound, motors, multi-axis, etc has made significant progress and a series of breakthroughs.So to speak, the levels of machine tools, the varieties and production capacity, directly reflects a country’s industrial comprehensive strength, and the birth of the machine tool in China than in the United States, Germany, slightly lagging, nearly half the world development experience, China machine tool far behind Germany, the United States, Japan and other countries, domestic machine tool base is given priority to with low budget and mid-range affordable machine tools, machine tool market share of70%-80%, affordable, occupied by foreign advanced type is90%. Domestic machine tool in terms of accuracy, reliability, also has the very big disparity with the foreign machine tool.Jinan2machine tool group co., LTD. Jinan2machine tool production of CNC machine tools mainly dominated by the Siemens system, there is also a small number of FANUC system and domestic nc system.Myself in the search, consulting, research, on the basis of a large number of relevant materials, combined with the problems in the debugging process, for the electrical design and commissioning of CNC machine tool is studied and analyzed, and mainly describes the CNC machine tool numerical control system, spindle servo system and the working principle of the servo system is the whole control system on numerical control system, make the spindle servo system, auxiliary features, machine tool servo system, such as machine tool parts, harmonious and unified work in order to realize the nc machining.Electrical design of CNC milling machine including low voltage apparatus, control circuit, the design of auxiliary features. In this paper with CNC boring and milling machine as an example of the fixed beam design and debugging. CNC milling machine is discussed on the content and steps of system debugging, the system setting of servo system parameters are analyzed. Through the optimized parameters for numerical control system, make the control to achieve optimal. High speed, high precision trajectory control has become the inevitable trend in the development of modern nc machine tools.At the end of the thesis expounds the I of the development of numerical control technology and industrialization of our country into a trend analysis.
