Integrity management is an advanced management concept all over the world.As the important protective device for pressure vessels,the integrity management and technology of safety valve have great effect on chemical production process.At present,the research object of integrity management mainly focuses on pipeline system and pressure vessels,while the integrity management and technology of safety valve is less.The establishment of the integrity management system of safety valve will help safety valve management and maintenance in life cycle.The plan based on the risk management integrates all aspects of data to determine the technical methods of the safety valve management integrity.In view of the above situation,the main research content of this paper is:(1)Overview of basic terminology on safety valve and integrity management;Introduce the concepts of pipeline integrity management and mechanical integrity while comparing them;For the characteristics of safety valve,the integrity management system was esTab.lished covering the life cycle of the safety valve;Improve the concepts and elements of safety valve integrity management,and build the process of the integrity management of safety valve;Put forward the main problems of the integrity management of safety valve on each stage of the life cycle.(2)The OREDA database is used as historical data of safety valve and analyses the safety shutoff device for example,facing the lack of factory history data.Integrate safety valve data based-on the OREDA database,and fit life distribution of safety valve to exponential distribution,and determines the failure rate;Solve the problem of determining the safety valve detection time interval in safety valve integrity evaluation stage;According to the conFig.uration scheme to determine the safety valve logic block diagram,draw the state transition diagram of logical block diagram,through the unit state changes on the system state to determine the system available state,the unit status and logical relationship,so as to determine the system availability function;The safety valve for usability analysis to determine the different time intervals under the safety valve program availability,and according to actual needs,adjust the safety valve detection time interval.(3)Risk analysis of different safety valve configuration options.Qualitative risk analysis using expert evaluation method,according to industry standards and plant process safety requirements,the safety valve unit process environment evaluation,and gives the proposed conFig.uration program;Quantitative risk analysis is based on the actual use of risk-based detection techniques,and the life distribution of safety valve is defined as the Weibull distribution.According to the safety data and the bench test results,the Weibull characteristic life parameter ?;Analyse the consequences of different configuration scenarios based on the economic consequences of the failure of the accident scenario;Based on the hydrocracking unit of a plant,the configuration scheme of single safety valve and the scheme of multi-service safety valve are compared and analyzed.(4)For the pressure vessel media changes,the Original safety valve to continue to use the problem,proposed safety valve discharge review method,and applied to the actual case.Calculating the safe discharge of the pressure vessel according to API 520;Calculating the theoretical discharge area of the safety valve,according to the safe discharge of the pressure vessel,and compared with the actual discharge area of the safety valve;The establishment of safety valve as a separate protective layer concept,from the judge whether the safety valve can continue to use;Using the Excel to program the safety valve audit method,and establishing the safety valve audit tool;And with a spherical storage tank media changes as the background,to determine whether the existing safety valve as an independent protective layer,the actual production process can continue to use.
