The Research Of Risk Management Of Long Distance Pipelines-Gas Station

This paper research the progress and application of the oil and gas pipelines technology related to risk management on domestic and overseas, In this paper, the typical gas station has carried on the risk identification. By using the basic theory of risk management and AHP method to establish the basic model of gas station of risk management, using the quantitative risk analysis method to evaluate the risk,according to the evaluation results for gas station, risk response and risk control measures are put forward. According to our country's current conditions and characteristics of natural gas pipeline in service, put forward suggestions for typical natural gas station of risk managementAs background of the west- East gas pipeline project, risk management theory would be combined with the practical application in this paper. Through the risk identification and control strategy research, avoid various risk, reduce the accident probability, effectively promote the running of the pipeline. Eventually achieve the goal of lowering the cost, also for the risk management of oil and gas pipeline industry.
