Cooling equipment for oil refining equipment corrosion will seriously affect the safety of long-period refinery production, research the cooling equipment of refining units for corrosion control on the extension of Yong Ping refinery is very important.For YanChang Yong Ping refinery cooling equipment for corrosion problems, through the refinery field research as well as access to information, completed the corrosion profiling of cooling equipment and analysised the progress corrosion protection of domestic and foreign cooling equipment, completed the YanChang Yongping Refinery analysis of cooling equipment for the corrosion mechanism and factors. Analysis to determine the main factors affecting corrosion of the circulating cooling water is circulating water temperature, chloride ion concentration, pH value. Use orthogonal design of the main corrosion factors affecting test design, and then to study the corrosion behavior of20,16Mn and304material in the circulating cooling water through the polarization curves of Princeton2273electrochemical workstation electrochemical testing, analysis cycle water temperature, ionic concentrations to the effects of corrosion. Experimental results show that the main corrosion factors of cooling equipment material are the temperature and the concentration of chloride ion. When the304and20,16Mn coupling connected,20、16Mn as a galvanic anode corrosion accelerate and304stainless steel is used as galvanic cathodic be protected. When design the Heat transfer equipment, the area of20、16Mn can not be too small, otherwise it will form an small anode and big cathode, causing serious corrosion.Study the phase transition zone control protection technology of coating and dew point corrosion to prevent the overhead system cooling equipment for corrosion, prevent cooling equipment for corrosion control protection technology by cathodic protection methods.By studying the corrosion analysis and control equipment for cooling equipment of oil refining, analyzes the influence of the temperature of circulating cooling water,ion concentration on the corrosion of dissimilar material combinations structure. Researched Corrosion tests and control of protection technology, to solve the corrosion mechanism of cooling equipment, corrosion control problem provides a theoretical basis.
