As the continuous development and application of Interner, people’s production and life in newforms, the microcontroller, sensors and other electronic technology and embedded technology, networktechnology and wireless communication technology constantly fusion, produced a new computernetwork, that is, the wireless sensor network (WSN), as a new kind of wireless sensor network thenetwork is the concern and attention from all walks of life. After several years of development, thewireless sensor network is gradually applied to all aspects of people’s life and production. Wirelesssensor network, sensor nodes will be behind the data collected through wireless way transmission to thenetwork, a comprehensive comparison of several short distance wireless communication technology, thecontrol system of tobacco curing, ZigBee technology is more appropriate, the technology market hasmany advantages of low power consumption, short distance, short time delay, strong self-healingcapacity, application of ZigBee technology firstly selected wireless sensor network.Wireless sensor networks are sometimes not the isolated existence, need to transmit the datacollected by the sensor to a local or remote monitoring center through the network interconnection, themonitoring center to tobacco baking control of sensor data processing and application. Control intobacco first baking in the heterogeneous network interconnection network, complete the task is thegateway of wireless sensor networks (sink), which is responsible for the sensor data is sent to themonitor center. The general use of the WLAN, one or several WiFi, Ethernet, GPRS, CDMA in theheterogeneous network interconnection mode complete.Based on investigation and access to information on the field survey, the analysis process andcharacteristics of the existing tobacco curing, combined with the development direction of wirelesssensor network and wireless sensor network gateway function characteristics, puts forward a design andimplementation scheme of control for wireless sensor networks based on tobacco baking. The scheme ofZigBee gateway based on the technical architecture, using PXA270processor as the core of hardwareplatform, through the Ethernet chip, GPRS chip and meets the ZigBee protocol CC2430RF chip, areaccess to Ethernet, GPRS network and wireless sensor network (WSN network). Constructing the modeof division of development module with dual CPU, analysis software and hardware developmentenvironment to build gateway nodes, complete (terminal nodes, gateway nodes) hardware design work.Provided by the research of TI company ZigBee Z-Stack protocol stack, the successful completion ofthe protocol stack in CC2430on the transplant works. Development of multi thread technologyadoption application software gateway, to improve the efficiency of system response to external events.Through the system for a plurality of test and verify, the sink node has completed the construction and maintenance of function of wireless sensor network, GPRS, Ethernet gateway system realizes datatransmission functions, basically reached the requirements of the original design. Strengthen the schemenot only on the gateway of wireless sensor network data communication capabilities, and provides datacommunication mode of wireless and wire communication combined, expand the sensor networkpractical application range, to achieve "intelligent" tobacco baking control provides a reference.
