The pipeline designed in this passage is a long-distance crude oil pipeline. This pipelinetransfers crude oil from JINGYILIAN to INGERLIAN. Its length is26.504kilometers withrelative smooth terrain. The overall trend for the Northeast southwest, the starting point of GaoCheng1783.7m, the intermediate nadir Gao Cheng for1432.4m, the end Gao Cheng1348.2m,along the flow direction of the medium pipeline overall decreased, at the end of the firststation elevation335.5m. Between this pipeline, there is a original station, a terminal stationand one middle station.The largest design transport capacity of the pipeline is18×104t per year,and the minimum is12×104t per year. The design pressure is2.0Mpa.And the lowesttemperature is35℃. The rule of the pipeline is seamless pipe of Φ84×5.The material of thepipeline is20#steel.The construction period of the pipeline is two years, and the workingperiod is14years.According to technical and economic evaluation, select a kind of economy pipeline, afterthis approach, heating stations and pump stations are combined. Then select main equipmentsand sits, and calculation of reverse transportation are done. Then calculation of Inside points isexpressed with transportation capacity and price.Meanwhile, the analysis of susceptive isaccording to respective IRR, which are obtained by changing flow capacity, transportationprice, power price and fuel oil price and so on.At last the designer draws three drawings: theplane arrangement drawing of heating-pumping station, the technological process diagram andthe pig installation drawing.
