With the rapid development of automobile industry, environmental pollution which is arise from emissions is more and more serious. Based on this, state put forward higher requirement for the gasoline quality. However, the key to the question is to reduce the sulfur content in FCC gasoline.In this paper, at first the development status of gasoline desulfurization technology at home and abroad has been analyzed, relative merits of all kinds of technology have been compared. We selected the adaptive desulfurization technology combing with the actual situation of the Yong ping refinery. Then, the desulfurization performance has been investigated and the parameters of desulfurization process have been optimized using FCC gasoline of Yong ping refinery as the raw material on the fluidized bed reactor to provide technical support for the field application of S Zorb technology.In desulfurization process of optimal selection process, this article investigates process conditions(temperature, pressure, hydrogen to oil ratio, space velocity, sulfur adsorption) to Yong ping refinery in FCC gasoline as the raw material in the laboratory on the fluidized bed reactor. Main results are achieved:with the increase of quality airspeed, desulfurization performance of sorbents is gradually reduced, but at the same time, the loss of octane number is declining. According to the test, both loss of octane number and the desulfurization rate, determine the quality of space velocity range is5-6h’1; With the increase of hydrogen partial pressure, the reaction rate increases. While guarantee the desulfurization performance of sorbents, avoid excessive reduce the olefin content of FCC gasoline and octane number, through the experiment to determine the optimal value is0.33; With the increase of reaction temperature, further increases in desulfurization performance of sorbents, but with higher temperature, the product of gasoline octane number loss also increases further, the reactor coking gasoline to increase at the same time, the energy consumption of the device increases, so comprehensive consideration, the normal operating temperature range is399-438℃.Finally, the production process of S Zorb desulfurization device has been investigated. We analyzed the cause of the problem which encountered in the practical production operation and put forward the solution. Practice has proved, this scheme can solve the problems in theprocess of production effectively and provide the technical support for the long-term effectiveoperation of the device.
