Cement rotary kiln is complex structure of equipment, it needs to keep rotatingwhen it’s working, which bring difficult to measure temperature in the rotary kiln.Since the wide range of data acquisition system, which involves the measurementsignal and the type of signal source more and more,Surveyors are increasingly highrequirements of the domestic now have a lot of data acquisition and measurementsystem But there are many single function systems, collecting less access, lowcollection rate, complicated operations,and the demands of the test environment andother issues. The paper analyses the current kiln temperature measurement method, ispresented based on AVR Microcontroller and radio transmitter8channel wirelesstemperature data logger. The equipment acquisition of temperature is convenient andflexible, the high precision of temperature measurement, strong anti-interferenceability,and able to eight temperature signal acquisiotion.The equipment is mainly used for measuring temperature of each productivetechnology belt within rotary kiln. And cooperate with PC to complete multipointtemperature monitoring in rotary kiln. This paper discussed design idea andimplementation methods of system and analyzed the principle of constitution of eachpart circuit, and introduced detailed the design process of each module of temperatureacquisition and temperature transmitter receiver. Temperature acquisition transmitterusing thermocouple to measure the temperature in the kiln, the voltage signal amplifiedand sent into the processor is converted into a digital signal, and the data are sent to thetemperature anti jamming receiver; receiver receives the digital signal aftertemperature CRC check on it, then the processed data type S thermocouple indexingtable with a half search method and the linear interpolation method of query, to find asuitable value for precise output.In the end, we make an entire test and analysis for the equipment,includingvarious channel amplification and determine the actual thermocouple indexing table toreplace the theory of thermocouple indexing table.This equipment has the very strong expansibility, only need to collocation withsensors of different function and the corresponding signal regulate circuit module can it realize all kinds of wireless data acquisition system. It can be widely used in smallwireless data terminal, security fire alarm monitoring and so on, make the equipmenthas a broad prospects.
