Design Of Lubrication System For Drilling Reciprocating Pump

Drilling reciprocating pump is an important part of drilling equipment, known as the heart of drilling rigs, good lubrication is the premise of the normal work of the drilling reciprocating pump. In this paper, the design and analysis of the lubrication system of three cylinder single acting drilling pump is provided.This paper introduces the basic theory on friction, wear and lubrication about motion friction pair of the drilling reciprocating pump, according to the characteristics of drilling reciprocating pump structure and power flow diagram, the overall design of the lubricating system of the drilling reciprocating pump is made of pressure oil circulation lubrication system for the transmission part and spraying water circulation lubricating cooling system for the hydraulic part.Pressure oil circulation lubrication system is designed. The calculation formula of work of crosshead slide friction is deduced, an approximate calculation method for lubricating oil quantity of crosshead slide friction is proposed and an integral method with the precise calculation is used to verify its feasibility and reliability. The design and calculation or selection of lubricating oil volume, gear pump, oil tank, piping and other components from pressure oil circulation lubrication system is proposed.Spraying water circulation lubricating cooling system is designed. The cooling water pipe of pressure oil circulation lubrication system is connected in series with the spraying water circulation lubricating cooling system, realizing the optimization of the structure, establishing contact between two systems.One-dimensional fluid simulation software Flowmaster is used for steady state analysis of pressure oil circulation lubrication system, and the flow, velocity and pressure parameters distribution diagrams of components of the system are provided, and a certain reference value for verifying reasonable design of lubrication system is provided.
