Research Of Slurry Treatment Equipments And Technique Of Coking Coal Preperation Plant In Huainan

The high-quality coking coal resources of our country are relatively scarce. In order to provide the efficient utilization of coal, China requires washing all types of coal including special and rare, which are applied to metallurgy, materials and chemical industry preferentially and limited to directly combustion, in case of wasting rare resources. Therefore, with gas coal and1/3coking coal the main type of coal, Panxie mining area of Huainan will certainly conduct structural adjustment to products based on steaming coal.This paper mainly proceed technical study and equipment selection based on slurry system of the upcoming construction of central coking coal preparation plant in Panxie mining area, Huainan. After sampling and sample preparation of the about-to-wash raw coal come from the B group of7,8,11coal bed and the C group of13coal bed in this plant, a series of test including screening and float-and-sink test, small-size floatation test, Degradation in water test of coal and reject stone, categorical analysis of minerals in coal would be conducted to grasp coal quality character and slurry properties of Panxie mining area.On one hand, through comparison of properties to major equipment of slurry treatment system of coking coal preparation plant in Huainan and surroundings, high-efficient equipment in separation,dewatering and recovery process would be selected to enable the device to adapt to change of coal quality in Panxie mining area within a certain range without affecting the effective handling coal slurry. On the other hand, on the basis of analysis of received data in Panxie mining area and summary of research data of coking coal preparation plant in Huainan and surroundings, technological process blue print fits for slurry system of the coking coal preparation plant in Panxie mining area would be worked out, and corresponding assessment scheme should also be conducted.Based on experiment, research and fully demonstration, four slurry treatment equipments-FJC jet-aerated floatation machine for coal, inclined tube concentrator, sedimentation-filtration dewatering centrifuge and quick-operating membrane pressure filter-are selected as major ultimately, and "2+2" mold slurry treatment process, which is short for2-stage slime flotation,2-stage dewatering of flotation concentrate and2-stage thickening and recovery of flotation tailing, are selected to be the major process.
